Matthew R. "Matt" Davies was one of three defendants indicted by a Stockton, California, grand jury in July 2012 for cultivating marijuana for sale to licensed patients in California,〔(【引用サイトリンク】accessdate=1/7/13 )〕 whose use is legal under the California Compassionate Care Act of 1996.
